Blackhead Removing Peel-off Mask #review by Leonie

This was the first time I had used a product like this so I wasn't sure what to expect. I have blackheads randomly on my cheeks and my chin is the worst. So I applied this to the bottom half of my face since I never get them on my forehead and waited to see what would happen next!

Ellore Femme Hair Chalk #review and discount code.

I got the chance to review this product as part of the US Family Guide. All thoughts are my own and not influenced by others.

I have been wanting to try the hair chalk fad for some time. I did bleach my hair once to do turquoise in my bangs but with the damage the bleach did to my hair I have still wanted to do vibrant colors without all the damage. So I looked to hair chalk as the answer but didn't want to spend the money if I wasn't sure.

I have naturally dark brown hair that I tend to dye black. So I worried that it wouldn't work on my hair.

I was excited when the package arrived and ripped it open to view the chalk to think of all the crazy combos I could come up with.

Bright Light by Starrily Nail polish review and swatches.

Bright Light by Starrily Nail polish

I received the following product in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.

Starrily has some amazing polishes and they are all drool worthy. I am a Goth who loves Neon, I never understood that but I guess it might be from another one of my many obsessions (The 80's.) This color is right on trend for summer but I believe neons are for all times of the year. Why shouldn't we bring a little brightness into gloom.

Beauty spoon Review

I received the following product in exchange for a review. However I only recommend items that I or  I believe my readers will find useful.

I got the chance to review the Beauty spoon and here is what I would like to tell you. I wish I knew about the beauty spoon before in the past. I have spent much time beating and banging bottles trying to get the last drops of product (much to the dismay of the Old Man). An example would be I am in the shower washing my hair and I notice that I can't get anything to come out of the bottle. I would then proceed to bang the bottle either against my knee or against the wall causing all kinds of racket. I work nights now and have been doing it so long I just do it out of habit, so imagine being dead asleep and hear a banging and you will know why the old man hates it. Thats where the beauty spoon comes in!

Born Pretty store nail stamping plates # 131

Born Pretty store nail stamping plates # 131

This product was provided in exchange for a honest review. All thoughts are my own.

I had been dying to try nail art stamping plates when Born Pretty Store contacted me. I chose the set with 12 plates that retails at $12.63.  I picked this set because I caught sight of hello kitty!

When they first arrived I ripped a plate open and stamped around on some polish I already had on.

Mani of the day!

Back to my gothy roots! On the left hand I used nail stickers from OMGnailstrips (review coming up!) and on the thumb I used "a blank canvas" from Wet n' Wild. Then I stamped it with my new nail plates with the skull pattern.

BitchCraft by Darling Diva Polish review and swatches.

BitchCraft by Darling Diva Polish review and swatches.

Disclosure: I received no compensation from the company whose product we are reviewing below. I have tested each product thoroughly. Life of a Mad Typer is independently owned and the opinions expressed here are my own.

BitchCraft is the 3rd and final polish I received to review from Darling Diva Polish. When I first looked at it in the bottle I didn't believe it was a color I would like, but let me tell you how this baby fooled me!

Mani of the day

In light of the popular trend, the skittle manicure, I decided to do one myself on my right hand. I left hand is filled with various polish I'm testing and new techniques. When it comes to my wardrobe there is only a few colors I stick to (black, blue, purple) and I like to be adventurous with my nails to spice it up. In my younger years I wore nothing but black or red like a traditional goth but now I have evolved into more of what could be considered bubblegum goth. So for me this trend Is perfect because it isn't often that all my nails are even close to the same color and I can play with neons while I'm at it. If you want to see the many colors of my polish rainbow check me out on Instagram http://instagram.com/rubyblood where I always post my latest polish find/ polish play time. I am looking at doing these once a week which is about how often I change my nails sometimes more. Hope you enjoy!

Once the sponsored review are complete I will be going through my collection and reviewing them at random.
