I pulled Majestic and The Haymaker out first to swatch!

Spanked by Super Black Lacquers Swatch and Review.

I received the following product in exchange for review. All thoughts are my own.

Spanked is tied with Heather for my favorite out of this collection.

I used 2 coats with no Topcoat over a clear basecoat for each of these pictures. The pictures were taken with both my Camera and my iPhone. When I first applied this I immediately thought the color was a fuschia and cranberry. I can't wait to wow you with this color!

Here is some info from SBL website:
Spanked is a wine-colored linear holographic polish. Shimmering cranberry red in low light, with a prismatic holo effect in sunlight or full-spectrum indoor light. Opaque in 2-3 coats with a semi-matte finish. Skip the top coat with our holographic polishes to get the most prismatic effect...don't worry, the polish is long lasting and chip resistant without it!

Check out all the swatches after the break!

Purple Dreams and Fairy Magic by Nail Honey

I received the following product in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.

Bee sent me a polish she made for me as a custom. It was left unnamed and I had to ask my blogger friends to help me name it. I took a combination of names they suggested and came up with Purple Dreams and Fairy Magic.

This is a purple base with large black and silver hexes, silver bar glitter. Medium hexes in silver and blue. It also contains tiny purple, blue and red hexes and silver micro glitter. Check out my swatches!

Guilty by Super Black Lacquers Swatch and Review.

I received the following product in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.

Guilty from Super Black Lacquers is a yellow toned gold. I don't have a lot of gold colors in my polish collection because gold has never been a color I have enjoyed... until now. A gold holo is just what I needed.

Here is more about Guilty from SBL website:
Our gold holographic polish. In the shade, it is a subtle metallic gold, but when you're in the sun or full-spectrum indoor lighting, the polish explodes in a gold holographic rainbow. Opaque in 2-3 coats, with a semi-matte finish. We recommend that you skip the top coat with our holographic polishes to maximize the effect!

Guilty is $12.00

My co-workers didn't understand what I was so excited about when I first brought the polishes in. They like to paint their nails but they aren't polish addicts and didn't know what a Holographic polish was. My co-worker named Jess used Guilty and at first she wasn't much impressed because she doesn't like gold much either.

These are her nails after she painted them with Guilty. She was in a hurry so I snapped these before she took off from work that morning.  When she came back in that night she told me about how she walked outside and her nails just BAM exploded into rainbows! Needless to say she is in love now! If you want to see Guilty in action click read more to see the many many pictures I have waiting for you after the break.

Heather by Super Black Lacquers Swatch and Review.

I received the following product in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.
I was sent 3 colors from Super Black Lacquers all holo and all take my breath away. Heather is the purple one and I can't decide if I like Heather or Spanked better because they both leave me drooling.
***Super Black Lacquers will be referred to as SBL from here on in this review.***

I used 1 coat and was amazed by the results but added another coat just to be sure. The dry time was a dream almost no waiting at all! There was no sun while I was reviewing the SBL I received so all 3 are shown in flash to show you the beautiful color and holo these have. I applied Heather to my right hand at first and I am right handed so I wasn't happy with the paint job and I haven't quite tamed the hang nails on my right. However I do love how well the pictures show the holo so please ignore the poor state of my right hand and enjoy the beauty that is Heather. I promise my swatch hand (left) looks much better and I did Heather on there as well.

Be prepared I have a ton (not literally a ton!) of pictures for you.
These were taken with both my point and shoot and my iPhone 5S.

Coffee Break from Nail Honey Swatch and Review.

I received the following product in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.

Coffee break is one of the neutrals being made by Nail Honey this fall and it reminds me of a cappuccino. This is a nice brown with gold shimmer.
Here is a macro of Coffee break so you can see that gold very well here.

And a bag of chips by Darling Diva Polish

I received the following product in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts below are my own.

And a bag of chips by Darling Diva Polish

Here is a little bit about the polish:

This is one of those OMG IT DOES IT ALL topcoats! Color shifting pigments go from pink to purple to teal and everything in between! Holographic pigments give a soft linear holo that is clear in low and sunlight AND its GITD!!!! Keep in mind that if you layer this over a dark polish then the GITD will not be as pronounced. I recommend layering this over medium light colors for best overall effect:)

This is the 2nd holo top coat that I received recently from Darling Diva Polish. The color shift is in the perfect rainbow for my taste. Its all colors that I adore and it glows in the dark!

Over a black this gives a frosted appearance and looks almost exactly like Dirty Dirty Dirty in a dark place but once the sun hits them you see the difference. I used 1 coat for all the pictures I will post in this review but the more coats you do the more pronounced the holo. It appears to have silver mixed into this as well but I could be wrong. I layered it over darker colors mostly so I didn't get any good shots of my nails glowing but I did get some awesome bottle shots.

Sea Glass by Starrily swatch and review.

I received the following product in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.

I have to admit it I fell in love with Sea Glass at first sight.
The color and shine is what drew me and the shards are what kept me captivated. I love a little chaos in my polish.

Lucky Star by Darling Diva Polish swatch and review

This product was purchased by me and I received no compensation for this post.

I love stars, I mean really love stars. I've been obsessed for as long as I can remember so when I saw Lucky Star I had to have it! The old man got it for me after seeing how much I love DDP and this polish. I was so excited when it arrived and I have used it many times and each Time I love it just as much as the last!

Here is some information from DDP:

Lucky Star, inspired by the Madonna song of the same name.
This is a white crelly glow in the dark polish that is also super awesome under the blacklight!
Black and neon green stars along with neon pink glitters make this super pretty!

Zen Pool By Darling Diva Polish

This product was purchased by me and I received no compensation for this post.

I love Darling Diva Polish its amazing! I made my first purchase and chose 2 polishes: Zen Pool and Lucky Star. Here is some information about Zen Pool from Etsy:

This is a beautiful creamy shimmery tealy blue crelly base with various round pink (two sizes) and white round glitters with some added larger matte hexes in a pale blue and to that I added a scatter of teal holographic glitters.

You NEED NEED a good basecoat because I have noticed this can stain a bit. I got the stains out with a good whitening tooth paste but I wanted to make sure people are informed:)

All of my polishes are hand made by me. These are made using the best polish ingredients I can find.

This is a full size 15ml bottle. This is a very easy applying polish. There may be some settling so as always a good ROLL is recommended.

Please remember that colors may appear different on different computer screens and there may be slight changes from version to version. I try my best to ensure pictures are a match to the actual polish you will be getting. Some settling is normal and expected. Also, colors may have some separation over time. A good shake will correct both issues. Most of my heavy glitter polishes may appear thick. I do not cut my base and prefer you to adjust it to your comfort level. Some larger/longer glitters can develop a curve over time, this is normal and should not prevent application to the nail. A good base and top coat is recommended. I personally suggest Hong Kong Girl top coat or gelous to smooth out rough glitters.

Avon opal topcoat VS Revlon Moon candy in moon dust

A bit ago when I learned this was going to be released I posted about my initial excitement. You can see that post here: http://www.lifeofamadtyper.com/2013/07/avon-opal-top-coat-sneak-peek.html

As I was staring at this topcoat from Avon I came to a new realization of what this reminded me of.

I sat the two together and they really do look similar In the bottles. I hadn't tried moon dust yet so I figured why not test Both at the same time. I wanted to know if application, coverage, look was to each brand to call this a dupe or if it was feasible to have both in my collection.

So begins the nail polish war!!!

1999 by Darling Diva Polish from the Prince collection review

1999 by Darling Diva Polish from the Prince collection review
I received the following product in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.

Information from etsy.
Party like its 1999!!!! This is full of circle glitters and bars in a clear base.

This is a full size 15ml bottle. This is a very easy applying polish. There may be some settling so as always a good ROLL is recommended. This polish has big ballz so don't shake too hard:)
$12

I adore this polish!!! I am addicted to glitter and this has everything in a glitter I can ask for. I love purple, black and holo glitter (its some of my favorite!) I put it over random colors to see which help bring out the loveliness of this polish. This polish dried quickly without issues and I didn't have to fight to fish out any of the glitter. I put about 2 coats on each nail to place the glitter where I wanted it.

I took tons of pictures over many colors check it out below! Warning this is pic heavy.

I got the pleasure to review more polishes from Darling Diva Polish they are both from the Prince collection. The first one is when doves cry here is some information from her Etsy on this polish:

This is a very pale dove grey polish with silver/white glass flecking and soft linear holo. I am not a grey person but even I love this stuff hard! This product is made with spectraflair so the price is a little higher.
