Hello! On this look I used 4 polishes from Avon. It is a limited edition collection that is out for this summer. I can't tell you how much I love these.

Avon opal topcoat VS Revlon Moon candy in moon dust

As I was staring at this topcoat from Avon I came to a new realization of what this reminded me of.

I sat the two together and they really do look similar In the bottles. I hadn't tried moon dust yet so I figured why not test Both at the same time. I wanted to know if application,coverage,look was to each brand to call this a dupe or if it was feasible to have both in my collection. 

So begins the nail polish war!!!

Back to my gothy roots! On the left hand I used nail stickers from OMGnailstrips (review coming up!) and on the thumb I used "a blank canvas" from Wet n' Wild. Then I stamped it with my new nail plates with the skull pattern.

This Mani was a mix of hodpodged ideas. On the left hand I picked lightly colored polishes that I hadn't gotten to use yet. Pointer and middle are 2 of the cosmic polishes from Avon. The pink I can't remember what it was and on the pinky is Milani neon pink. Then I went through my stamping plate collection and picked different ones. I am practicing still to get better at it. Messed up on a few but like how they turned out anyways. 

On the right had I had teal envy from Ruby kisses and decided to try to use foil  I had on hand which was from a Lindt truffle. Then on the last 2 finger I slapped on some polish cut outs left from my bat nails. 

A little bit of random but was totally fun!

Mani of the day!

Today I had a wedding to go to! Busy day, came home from work at 10am went to bed after dinner by 11:30am. Had to then be up by 2:30pm and then at the church by 4:30pm. Didn't have much time to do my nails so I just redid the chipped ones.

This is what I wore to the wedding. I bumped my thumb oopsie!!! 

Colors were picked at random. 

In this mani I used opi/Avon/darling diva polish/ruby kisses/ Milani. 

Sorry if these images are huge I'm updating from my phone and will have to fix them once I'm at a pc. I'm off to he'd it's 7:14pm here and I have to be at work at midnight.

Another lovely nail polish from Avon this summer that is right on track with current trends. I am obsessed with nail polish and my obsession with Avons began when I was selling Avon and I realize how good it was compared to other brands I was buying at the time.

 I see alot of things saying to pair this with white to make the color pop but I wanted to share with you the results I got from Hot Pants,Shock,and Electric without the white base.

Avon New Nail Art Design Strips

In brochure 14 Avon is releasing their own take on the Nail art strips that have taken the market by storm. I have yet to try a nail art strip as I prefer the old fashion way (not saying I wont! but this would open up awesome affordable options for weddings and other social events.

Avon new holographic polish

I love this new tend of holographic polishes. With an explosion on the market of various brands Avon has launched it's own offering to the masses of polish addicted consumers (and beauty bloggers.) I dont know about you but can't wait to play with these colors!
