I love to review hair products. Each time I get a new one I get excited to test it out and see how well it does for me. When I had the chance to review for Beauty Brands I was excited. The sent me four items to test. The four products are from the EIMI Hair care Collection which is made from Wella. They are as follows Sugar Lift, Root Shoot, Perfect me and Dry Me. 

Sugar Lift: The Sugar Lift is a spray that you spray all over your hair. it allows for your hair to have texture, shine and body. It is ideal for anyone that has thinner hair and wants it to look amazing when trying a full body style. It is easy to apply and you don;t really need a ton of it to get your hair to work right. 

Root Shoot: When I had the chance to test out the Root Shoot, I was happy to find it to be a moose. What you do is you put a little in the palm of your hand and you get it on the root of your hair. It gives your hair a nice lift. It is ideal for giving your hair a little bit of a lift. It is easy to apply and you will love the outcome of the look you will get using this product. 

Perfect me: If your hair is damaged from all the hair tools you use, you will need to buy the Perfect Me BB Lotion for hair. It helps lock in moisture and leaves your hair shiny. I love how my hair feels after I put this on it! 

Dry Me: This product was interesting. it is a dry shampoo. The way it works is you put it on your hair and it absorbs the oils that you have on your hair. say you don;t have time to wash your hair, you just place this on it and do your hair as normal. I have seen others that leave your hair looking yuck, this one though it doesn't.

After trying these products, I would suggest them to anyone! They are all amazing products and they will help you to get the style you want. If you are just starting at the in depth hair styles, this series of products are ideal to help you get the look you want!

This product arrived on Dec 4th. I have been using it on days I wash my hair since I do my hair every other day. It is too soon for me to tell if it’s really working. So I will tell you about my thoughts on it and follow up with you at a later time.

First off the smell is strong to me. It is manageable but I wish they offered just lemongrass as a scent and not the combination of lemon grass and rosemary. The consistency is a combination of runny and rough. It has oils and crystallized matter that you rub into the spot that you want to treat. I have had a few times where the product ran down my face. Wither that will cause me a problem with hair growth later I don't know and I hope not.

I have recently had a spot on my scalp where my hair thinned. I’ve contributed it to a lifetime of pulling my hair back tight and my first flare up of my eczema. My scalp is super dry and I can't contribute it to this product because it was happening before the product was used.

Is it growing my hair back? I can't exactly answer that at this time. It’s been too short of a time for me to be able to tell. I recently got bangs and cut over a foot of hair off in an effort to change my habits which had put me in this predicament. No longer am I wrapping my hair up in a tight knot on the back of my head causing my hair to pull and cause headaches. I have begun to wear my hair down more and wearing my pony tails looser. Only time will tell me if what I have done is permanent.

This product is very nice only having one piece to clip in. After three times wearing it I will say that it does get tangled easily and would only recommend it for someone with hair close to the length of the piece. Because of the fact it does look faux clipped into shorter hair and would only look perfect on a shorter cut if you were to cut layers into the extension piece. The pictures on the box are a bit miss leading for the fact I've tried it on a client with longer and thicker hair than than the before picture on the product box and you would need to stack the extensions to achieve the after look on the product's box. The clips themselves are hidden at the scalp. Which is great.

 

As far as styling it. I would suggest keeping it as is. Even at the recommended temperature using a flat iron will make the product shed minimally each time you do it. I have used it on three clients and one weft was too long around her head and the clips showed above her ears. So that being said I would highly recommend only wearing it down to keep the pieces hidden. As for the care and washing of the product. It cleans well but you will loose some of the volume and as I mentioned before using the heat from a curling rod or flat iron hair will continuously fall out. Using this product on a client with a level four color faded into a ombre look it stills blends nicely. Which is very nice considering the color of the clip is in black. Overall I would recommend this product for anyone looking for volume. Not so much for length. I give this product rating 4 out of 5 stars. It is a such an easy product to apply which makes it great for anyone who doesn't have any experience wearing faux clip ins or extensions.

POP stands for put on pieces. This line includes a few awesome colors! They are: Amethyst, Blue, Gold, Pink, Purple, Red, Black, Teal, and Light Purple. I have tried to do the blue hair and the bleaching was just too hard on my hair to ever hope to maintain that maintenance that Turquoise hair needs and deserves. Adge has and can pull it off but my hair is just too long and too thick to keep up with the dying bi weekly and sometimes weekly.

 So how do you get fun colored hair without having to deal with the bleach or even the spray on colors? That's easy! Extensions offer a outlet to your wild side without damaging your natural hair. I have had extensions before but with my hair being so curly they looked odd having a straight piece of colored hair. Well the problem I found was you can't curl the synthetic ones like I had without melting them. That is why these are so great. They are 100% human hair so you can curl them, straighten them, and even de tangle them where is with the others what you had is what you got and once they tangled forget it.

Even though I could have curled this to show you I chose to instead to get my hair cut and straightened since I was long over due and added this in. It gave me the rocker edge and allowed me to take it out at the end of the day. I want to say I love how well these stay in when you pop the clip into place. I had no worry this would fall out during the day like my synthetics do. I was even able to put my hair up while I had it in and had no issues.

I received a can of New York Streets new Dry shampoo. I was interested in trying it out as dry shampoo is something I try to keep on hand and I have tried a few that were a little less than successful.

Depending on the time of year I could wash my hair and its oily by the end of the day. Other times I would like to freshen up on the day that I don't wash my hair.  I wash my hair every other day to prevent it from drying and frizzing.

I have never tried an oil treatment mask before so I was excited to see what the results would be. I remember when I was a kid and my mom would do hot oil treatments and but the hot oil scared me too much to do it. I love that this requires no heat or extra precautions, just wash your hair like normal and then apply this and leave it on for 5-15 mins. I always wash my hair first so it was easy to do this and then do everything else and then come back and rinse my hair.

I received The wet detangler brush for review. I love trying new detangler brushes because over time my hair destroys them so I love to have back ups on hand that I can switch to if anything is to ever happen to the one I use day to day. I brush my hair in the shower with conditioner to help with detangling because my hair is a jungle of tangled vines and snakes. Sailor Moon is being re released this year and I know I am know I am not the only one excited about this fact. Sailor Moon is just one of many anime characters with the odango hair style. While the hairstyle may not be hard for those with easily managed hair people with hair like mine dread it. The traditional way of making this hair style includes looping a knot. This is where it gets scary for me! My hair has a mind of its own and will snake around hair ties and create knots even on the tangle free kind. I received the Crave Naturals brush and since I had so many already I thought this would be the same as the others.

When I opened the box I noticed that this was very different from the other brushes.

The 4 various length bristles stacked in the way they are was different from the other brushes that I own. it goes from tallest to super short then back up in size till its back to tallest and repeats. I love how the handle conforms to your hand so well and feels Natural holding it. I drop this one way less than I do with other brushes and I don't get the ache in my hand like I do with other brushes.

The true test which impressed me most was dry hair brushing test.
