I got these in the largest size they come in. I love the way they feel and it's like they massage my feet as I walk. The only down side is because I wear a size 12 and these only go up to a 10 they slide around in my shoe. Because they move around they also end up pulling my sock down my foot into my shoe. When I walk on the treadmill quickly they bunch up into the toe of my shoe. I feel that if they were the correct size they would not slide around so much.

Other than them not being big enough I love them and recommend them to anyone that has a size 10 and under foot.
