I love the bottles in the Big line from Sally Hansen. They are the same bottles they decided to go with on the ColorFoil collection. I have been alternating this with the Insta-Dri top coat so that I could test them both out. This will smear nail art so if you are doing nail art I would recommend going with the Insta-dri topcoat instead of this.
I did use it over You had me at hello kitty and there was still some glitter poking out after 3 coats. This is not a topcoat that will feel glittery hungry polishes. I would say 2 coats of this plus a coat of insta-dri should be perfect. I didn't have issues with using this top coat. The dry time was around normal and it left my polish shiny. I would say this top coat is best to use over non glitter polishes.
I experienced no shrinkage with this top coat and it lasted on my nails for 5 days without chipping. I will say though with 3 coats it took a lot of work to get this off. I have been using this on and off for about 2 weeks depending on my mani.
I used it over a holo from Finger Lickin Lacquer and it did not dull the holo as some top coats have done in the past.
I still can't get over how shiny it left my black and white nails. I also experienced no yellowing with this top coat.
I really enjoy the Big Shiny topcoat and do recommend it as a top coat to have in rotation.
Do you have the Big Shiny top coat? What do you think about it?
