The shimmer eyeshadow primer is part of their Fergie CenterStage collection. This is a shimmer formula meant to brighten your eyelids to get ultra vibrant color that lasts all day. I like the application of this and how soft it feels on skin.

It would be perfect to use with a shimmery smokey eye.

When I applied this I thought to myself I could almost use this as a shadow itself because I love the color of it. It can be blended leaving your eyelid shimmery and brings attention to your eyes. I love the silky smooth feel of this on my skin. Also it doesn't take much of this to do ones eyelids, what you see above is probably enough for 4 eyes if not more.

If you love glittery eyeshadows primer is a must to limit the glitter fallout. It will also keep your shadows going strong all day long. I plan on using this with my electric palate in the future.

  7. This color seems like one you can wear as a base or alone all summer long. That's the kind of color I really like. Last summer I wore one color almost religiously - it reminds me of something like that. I didn't know Wet-n-Wild had this kind of eye shadow.
