Pregnancy Yoga with Aurorae Yoga. Review

Staying healthy while pregnant is not easy it's even  harder when your pregnancy keeps your blood pressure high and you have to stay in bed. I have gained so much weight in the last 3 months I can barely fit in my working out clothes, and the few yoga pants that fit are quite tight, suddenly my old mat  was more a hazard to my health than not making any exercise at all,  maybe are the extra pounds but the mat became slippery and completely uncomfortable, it was a  cheap Walmart mat so I'm not surprised. I think I learned my lesson  when purchasing a yoga mat go for quality and durability and it doesn't really mean it has to be expensive.

There are a few companies with out-standing reviews on the net but one of the most mentioned ones is Aurorae Yoga, most bloggers love the mats quality so I had  to try them, pregnancy yoga is not as demanding as a regular yoga session but it needs a great mat for you and your baby to be comfortable. I was given the opportunity to test their mats and well I guess I'll be one more blogger raving about them. The company was kind to send the: Classic Yoga Mat , a slip free rosin bag and a soy wax pledge candle.

The mats are thicker and a couple of inches longer than the ones I own (72" x 24"), they are really comfortable and there is no slip risk while practicing your poses, makes me feel really safe to work out while taking care of my baby, it's also better than my old Manduka and Jade Harmony. The extra long raising moon focal point helps to stay focused on your poses, the ultra thick memory foam mat (1/4") helps you absorbing the impact and causing less stress to your joints and knees. The mats are  Eco Safe,  Phthalates and Latex  free. Aurorae mats are durable, resistant, easy to care and budget friendly. the mats SGS aproved by one the world's largest testing, inspection and verification Company for certification and your safety. My mat color is Sea-mist a soothing color that represents renewal, intellect, nature, self control, gentle & harmonious.

  20. What a perfect gift for expectant mamas! I did yoga all the way through all three pregnancies. We always used rosin on the tips of our ballet shoes, but would you believe it never even occurred to me to use it for yoga practice?
