There are a few companies with out-standing reviews on the net but one of the most mentioned ones is Aurorae Yoga, most bloggers love the mats quality so I had  to try them, pregnancy yoga is not as demanding as a regular yoga session but it needs a great mat for you and your baby to be comfortable. Staying healthy while pregnant is not easy it's even  harder when your pregnancy keeps your blood pressure high and you have to stay in bed. I have gained so much weight in the last 3 months I can barely fit in my working out clothes, and the few yoga pants that fit are quite tight, suddenly my old mat  was more a hazard to my health than not making any exercise at all,  maybe are the extra pounds but the mat became slippery and completely uncomfortable, it was a  cheap Walmart mat so I'm not surprised. I think I learned my lesson  when purchasing a yoga mat go for quality and durability and it doesn't really mean it has to be expensive.
