I received the following product in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.

Material Girl

This is the first of 3 polishes from DDP that I was able to try. Man let me tell you how excited I was to be able to try these.

Here is some information from Darling Diva Polish's etsy on Material Girl.

Material Girl, inspired by the Madonna song of the same name.

This is a pretty pink polish inspired by the overall pink theme from the video! Added to this polish are large to small hex glitters in pink holo and silver holo. Tap into your inner material girl;)

This can be opaque in 3 thin coats but I recommend laying down a white base coat so you don't have VNL

All of my polishes are hand made by me. These are made using the best polish ingredients I can find.

This is a full size 15ml bottle. This is a very easy applying polish. There may be some settling so as always a good ROLL is recommended.

Please remember that colors may appear different on different computer screens and there may be slight changes from version to version. I try my best to ensure pictures are a match to the actual polish you will be getting. Some settling is normal and expected. Also, colors may have some separation over time. A good shake will correct both issues. Most of my heavy glitter polishes may appear thick. I do not cut my base and prefer you to adjust it to your comfort level. Some larger/longer glitters can develop a curve over time, this is normal and should not prevent application to the nail. A good base and top coat is recommended. I personally suggest Hong Kong Girl top coat or gelous to smooth out rough glitters.

I was so excited for this glitter polish as its my first large hex glitter. Madonna was the queen of the 80's my favorite decade! The fashion, the music, it all amazes me so getting to try a polish inspired by her left me giddy!

I wore Material girl to a wedding in May and everyone loved the color. I wore it over a Hot pink from LA girls.

I wore material girl by itself on my thumb so I could experience it by itself.
Sadly after hours of doing my nails the LA girls had not fully dried and smudged causing me to have a nail or 2 looking a bit out of place but I didn't have time to correct it before heading to the wedding.

So instead I used it over milani's pink pop to give you another comparison.
I didn't get any of the larger hex this time but I did get several if both the pink and holographic glitters. I used 3 coats and rush top coat.

I love the jelly look and it always looks wet or like rain drops. The small pink hex sparkle and in low lighting looks like little pink rhinestones. This also has smaller glitters that sparkle in the sun light. Pictures do not do this polish justice it's amazing and one of my favorite glitters.
