I got this because I sometimes need to take a macro and not have the best lighting and this allows me to be able to get a good image in even low light. When I first got it I found it hard to get the lens out of the light to change it to the macro instead. After a few mins I was able to get it out. It was a little bit awkward holding the lens and screwing on the clip part at the same time. I almost dropped it a few times. Once it was on though it was great. The image I got from it was super clear and awesome.

 It does come charged already so that you can use it right out of the box. I turned it on and couldn't figure out how to change the lighting or turn it off. I kept clicking it over and over and had no luck! I thought I broke it and was going back to the box to read it again to make sure I hadn't missed anything. Well I wasn't fully pressing the button and that was the problem. It requires a firm press and I was only clicking it about half of what it needed. Now that I have the hang of it its great. Love that it comes with a lens cap for all the lens and a bag to store them in.

I got this device in red and its such a handy device. I have a few of these portable batteries and I was quite impressed with the packaging and accessories this came with. I have been an OtterBox user for quite a few years. When the iphone 6+ came out I was sadden to see that Otterbox was slow on the draw and hadn't released any cases. So I dealt with another case while waiting and hoping for the otterbox to be released. Sadly the case I settled with was $60 and the only case that the store had that was considered to be as safe as an otterbox. Let me tell you I hated that case with a passion. I will be reviewing that case in its own post soon. When I pulled the Crusta from the box I loved how it felt in my hands. While weary about the open back when I first opened it I now love how well it sits in my hands. I find it easier to hold the phone and be able to take pictures one handed where with my old case I couldn't without dropping the phone.

I am horrible at putting on screen protectors on devices. I usually ruin them with huge bubbles and end up having to buy a new one and having the Old Man put it on for me. So while I was super excited to be able to try a tempered glass screen protector I was fearful of the application.

What I really love to do is use this along with the Hyperlapse app and record videos of various trips in the car. I know a little odd but I will find a use for them at some point.

The RoverBeats has some killer sound and power to it. I had it blasting while making cake balls and the Old Man was yelling for me and I could't hear him at all. There is only 3 buttons on the top of the device and It took me getting the hang of the volume control since I am horrible and don't read manuals most times. There was a few times I would accidentally skip instead of turning up the sound. 

Set up and pairing is simple and easy to figure out. As I said I didn't read the manual, so instead I used common sense (Yes I do have some......... shocking I know!) and found the pairing and then ooops forgot to turn on bluetooth on my iPhone. I am guilty as many of you are for trying to talk on the phone while driving. The problem isn't that I hold my phone to my ear while driving but I just can't hear and they cant hear me.
