I recently was given the chance to work with birthday in a box. They have a wide selection of products from party supplies to costumes, they have just about everything you could ever need no matter the occasion. It was so hard to pick an item from the selection!

 I love capes and I have one since High school and its nearing retirement age. The pictures above were taken in either 2006 or 2007 by friends. 

I was going through the Women’s party costumes When I stumbled upon a cape! Then I searched for capes using the search box and I can say I spent some time deciding which cape to go with! After much thought  I selected the Womens 63 Deluxe Black Velvet w/ Purple Satin Adult Cape. 

A cake adventure!

I haven't baked a cake since middle school or high school but I did it today! Made business partner/co-worker a birthday cake!

Birthday

Today was a good day. Although I didn't get to do anything like a party I still had fun. I was in training most the day at work so I was on the phones less then 3 hours. It felt like it was a present from the company,even though I know it wasn't meant that way. I went shopping at Michaels and Walmart for more crafting supplies. I got KFC for dinner and German chocolate cake for desert. Also got a call confirming the cd drive on my pc did indeed go out so it's getting replaced under warranty. Thank god I got the 3 year warranty when I bought it or I'd be shopping for a external drive. Slacked on crochet today but did pretty good I got the head and the body of a monkey done today arms and legs next then I decorate. Here's a picture of 2 finished ones.

Well at first I didn’t know if the people I invited could come but they did get out of the hospital right at the time we had started to give up and cook dinner. We had fun trying to watch Alice in wonderland but that ended up getting turned off and I got to watch my drunk friends try to play darts. Lets just say the wall now has holes in it. Even though I was not drunk my aim was off and I do have to admit I hit the wall a few times. We also played some air hockey. My cake was what you might Call an odd mixture of items it was confetti cake and German chocolate icing
