Hey Guys this is your boy Chris and I’m back with Life of a Mad Typer and this week we got a chance to review the Giboard. Thank you to the GiBoard team for sending this to us for review. With me just getting back in the gym I noticed I was having a hard time balancing while lifting as well as running on the treadmill. It didn’t matter what I was doing if I was at the gym, work or even at home keeping a balance was a little bit of a struggle but that’s where the Giboard comes in.
The first thing I noticed about the giboard out of the box was the quality build. The board itself is made up of a high-grade American maple wood with a coated finish and quality straps that can hold up to against most wear and tear conditions. Also inside the box, Gi sent a tutorial on all the different maneuvers and workouts that can be done on the board.
After a few weeks of using the Gi balance board, I must say what a big improvement on my balance as well as posture. Before using the giboard I was hunching over quite a bit especially with me sitting in an office chair for 10 or more hours a day. Now my back has straightened and has been strengthened tremendously thanks to the support and balance techniques the GIboard offers. The GIboard offers a unique way of not just balancing but a new way of working out just about anywhere you go and is the perfect trainer for people of all ages.

ReplyDeleteThis is pretty cool! I hadn't heard of this, but balance is such a great thing. My kids learned to roller skate when they were little, and it was incredible how much balance and coordination helped with things. I would love to give this a try.
