Really asking for top 5 indie polishes is like asking for someone to pick only 5 stars in the sky to enjoy. There is just so many to love and constantly more coming into creation that I find it impossible to pick just a few. I decided to pick a few that I have used over the last few years and tried to diversify this list. Maybe I will do more of these types of posts, who knows. No, these aren't in any specific order.
Darling Diva Polish - Lucky Star
I wanted to first start off with a brand that opened my eyes to the world of indies. Not only that but they were one the first to let me review for them. When I look back at my paint job I cringe. It was when I was just getting into nail polish. So I pulled out one of my favorites that I had purchased from them. It began my love for crellys with its mix of neon green stars and pink squares with the starkness of the black stars against the white crelly. Its a few years later and the base is tinged slightly peach but I still love it.
Liquid Sky Lacquer - White Christmas
This was my first "white" holo before the white holo search became one that many embarked on. It was also when I first really got into the stamping method making decals and used it to do a frozen nail art. Still one of my go to white holo at this time.
Femme Fatale - Winter Hyacinth
This has 2 of my favorite colors in it and I just love the way it looks on the nail. The gorgeous blue base is of a crelly consistency with purple/pink/ white hexes and white diamonds. I think this is what launched my obsession with diamond glitters. It was one of the first indies I ever got a backup bottle of. Just a perfect classic polish that I hold in my heart over time.
This is one coat of Magik over Loaded Lacquer Island punch. This was one of my first holo top coats and still my favorite to date. Perfect for when you want a holo without having to buy a holo of every color. (I know we all try to anyway.) I just love the fire it has to it, all of Mildred's creations are amazing. Just looking at this makes me want to slap this baby on. It doesn't grey the base color out as much as some other holo top coats available.
Flash to show the holo better.
Daily Hues Nail Lacquer - Fiona
I have been looking for a neon green holo for sometime and decided to try Fiona out. I can tell you she is better then several other neon green holos that I have gotten my hands on. Several ones I have gotten separate horribly with the holo sinking to the bottom. No such issues with Fiona, She is always ready to go and applies smoothly.

I love your picks! I only learned about indie polishes last spring and this is the first time I hear of a white holo. I'll need to do some search now!
