ReplyDeleteBefore I even start to clean, I declutter. It's hard to mop, dust, vacuum, etc. if you have to keep moving things out of the way.
ReplyDeleteMy best spring cleaning tip is to work on one room at a time so you won't get overwhelmed.
ReplyDeleteMy best spring cleaning is pick a project and stick to it until it's done. It is so easy to just jump from area to area but it never works for me.
ReplyDeleteDon't get crazy with the cleaning until after the major pollen storm hits.
ReplyDeleteClean the windows and it looks so much better it helps motivate to clean. Thank you, Jerri Davis
ReplyDeleteIf you change out your bed linens like comforter covers & pillow covers, etc. use a product like Febreeze for Allergens on everything possible to not only give them a great smell, but it destroys the pollen that can get into the house on the days you have your windows open. My ENT gave me this advice esp for pillows where things settle and then we breathe then in whenever sleeping!
ReplyDeleteLemons! They can be used in a million ways around the house.
ReplyDeleteOpen those windows and air out the house. And don't forget to shake and launder your rugs!
ReplyDeleteTo have all your cleaning supplies handy in a tray and carry them from room to room with you. It saves a lot of time running to get things.
ReplyDeletei love to use baking soda it cleans just about anything.
