Ice ball mold review

Some probably will look at this and wonder why anyone would really care to have round ice. Well not only does it look cooler but it also melts slower and won't water down your drink as fast as traditional ice. 

I love that this kit comes with enough to make 3 ice balls so you can share with your friends. Inside is also a funnel to help make it easier to fill the mold if your clumsy like me. Its easy to use and fun to have around. Where I live we are constantly having water main breaks and biol advisories to the point we don't drink water from the tap or use the ice. We use bottle water for everything even our pets but our freezer is tiny and can't fit a traditional set of ice trays. These are small and compact so easy to fit in our freezer and we can just make a new one each time we use one.

These melt slow enough that you can refill your glass several times over before you even make a dent on the ice. A few years ago making ice balls weren't as easy or practical as it is today with a product like this.
