Yes I'm 30 something, Ok somewhere close to 34 and I do love childish or teenager accessories, bags and clothes, the few grown up clothes I own were fixed to fit my size and old weight (used to be 100lb currently close to 195lb) While I love shopping it's really hard to find clothes or adult clothes in my size, So I am often in jeans, yoga pants or sweatpants and t-shirts since most come in fun colors, my purses tend to be backpacks or messenger bags. I really find them comfy to wear. I want to look more like and adult so I gues, I'll slowly start buying some more grown up clothes and accessories. Since I'm looking to not only modernize but to create a more sleek, chic and age appropriated look. When I was offered the opportunity to review the House of Botori diaper bags. I jumped with my eyes closed. I've seen their beautiful diaper bags before, in fact I thought they were regular totes or big purses. They do not look like your cutie patootie mainstream diaper bag.
The company sent me the GINIKA TOTE - TWIRL TANGERINE for review purposes, like I mentioned before the outside of the bag does not look like a diaper bag it looks like one oversized purse. I love the tangerine color with the brown and cream details, the quality of the canvas used to make the bag looks delicate and yet feels so sturdy. The straps are made in a resistant leather similar material which is trimmed with a cream thread. The straps in the front of the bag reach all the way to the bottom with decorative purposes. The whole diaper bag is trimmed with the same leather material.
The tote features 10 pockets in total (3 outside, 7 inside) and a big compartment in the back. The 3 pockets in the outside are placed: 2 in the sides of bag to hold baby bottles or water and one in the front of the bag. The back compartment closes with a magnetic system and makes it really simple to use. The inside pockets are distributed: 2 on the front, 2 on the back, another 2 on the sides and at last a zippered pocket in front top of the tote.

I love that diaper bags are much more stylish than they used to be. They look a lot more like purses or laptop bags.
ReplyDeleteVery cute diaper bag that would be very useful. The bag would make a great baby shower gift,
ReplyDeleteWow, that House of Botori diaper bag is beautiful! I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I wish there had been cool stuff like this around when I had my son! My diaper bag was a large, puffy blue eyesore with bottles and diapers sticking out of the top.

ReplyDeleteSo many pockets - they're all so necessary for a diaper bag! This bag is gorgeous. I love that you wouldn't mind carrying it (because it doesn't look like a frumpy diaper bag!)

ReplyDeleteThat is one stylish diaper bag. I love diaper bags that don't scream "hey I have a baby" and one I can use over and over after baby is no longer a baby.
