Wet n Wild has released these cool eyeshadow singles in the ColorIcon collection and I got a chance to try 2 of them. I received them In platinum and cheeky.Cheeky is a color that would be good for a night on the town and platinum could be worked into just about anything. You could go over the top or just enough for day to day wear with platinum.

They aren't heavily pigmented but just enough to create some pop to your look so you can go with a bold lip.
They apply smoothly and are not chalky, and lasted for 4 hours before I took it off to go to bed with primer.
They are great for single color looks as with blending they are easy to overdo and more will have to be applied.

Applying them over a white base seemed to have better results than with just primer.

Both of these colors have a high shimmer to them with some glitter also in the mix. I would love to try this out in black since that is my day to day color on most occasions.

Have you tried the ColorIcon shadow singles? What colors do you have and what did you think?

  2. I like the light colors as I always worry about over doing it, specially with bright colors! I think I would like those!

  3. Pretty colors. I've never used a primer but like the differences shown.
