I have to be completely honest and say I don't always remember to take my vitamins, I just tend to forget about them. Since my husband and I found out we are pregnant I'm not only taking them daily but set an alarm on my phone so I dont have any excuse to forget them, I've been taking 4 or 5 different pills every morning to get all the vitamins and supplements my baby needs. It's actually a complete blend of vitamins and mineral and even my OBGYN was happy to give them a green light . The DHA prenatal has 300mg  per capsule making it the perfect daily dose DHA. Both pills should be took together with food. Both bottles contain a 2 months supply and can be used after, during and before the pregnancy.
