My family enjoys homemade meals which means more than often we cook and eat at home, well I cook they watch tv. I've been cooking for so long it's routine in my life and it doesn't matter what I cook, burgers, lasagna, ropa vieja, teriyaki noodles, hummus or falafel, I use some spices more often than others, but there are 2 essentials in my kitchen and I guess in every other too: Salt and Pepper.

Salt and pepper are wonderful to enhance and magnify any flavor. Most people usually dont mind to buy the already grounded pepper and salt in the store shelves, for me and for my husband having freshly ground pepper and salt makes a huge difference. I was recently given the opportunity to review "Ozeri: Duo Ultra Salt & Pepper Grinder". I liked the idea of one grinder for pepper and salt, it saves time and space in my small kitchen.

The Ozeri Duo Ultra comes in a beautiful stainless steel and black design, is compact and elegant. The compact part, makes me actually happy since most pepper grinders are big and bulky and the color fits perfectly with most of our kitchen appliances. The day we received the package in our mailbox my husband was exited like any children on Christmas morning, I barely got time to take a couple of pictures before he had to put the grinder together. The instructions were so easy to follow and took less than 5 mins to have the grinder fully loaded and functional.

Other than their stylish design and small size, the Ozeri grinder has some great features that are worth the mention: the ability to grind pepper by turning the lid clockwise or counter clockwise for salt, the compartments where the salt and pepper are stored, has a transparent acrylic panel around it for an easy visual access. Refilling pepper or salt is really easy and there is no need of complicated tools like screwdrivers, the dual knobs can be easily regulated so you can enjoy fine pepper and more coarse salt, vice-versa or both fine or coarse or in between, the size can be adjusted to your liking.

Overall the Ozeri Dual Grinder will allow you to enjoy more flavorful and savory dishes seasoned with fresh ground pepper and salt, The Dual Grinder ergonomic design allows you a perfect grip making your cooking experience effortless. The addition of the Ozeri Dual grinder has made my cooking easier to be honest and I enjoy the smell of fresh ground pepper, but the real winner is my husband who actually can find a big difference in the flavor of freshly ground pepper and salt and now enjoys every meal.
