I had been growing out my nails for a small amount of time and they were long and strong. I loved how they looked and took care of them. Then came the week of my birthday and I somehow go a break way down on the middle finger and tried everything I could to patch it. On the day I was going to repatch the nail I snapped my pinky in half, at that point I said forget it and chopped them.
So I went from this:
Gorgeous right?
To this:
Makes me want to cry just looking at it.
Well I hadn't been pampering my right hand so the right picture was my everyday nails for that hand. I know one hand long one not but it made it easier for me so I could use my right for anything that might break my nails on the left. I decided that this time I would pamper them both but my left still gets a lot more attention.
I had hear JoJoba oil is good for nails so when I had the chance to review some I was excited. I started applying it randomly when I was home and before bed. Here is a little progress shot for you.
Finally look like nails again!
I wanted to do all my pictures Naked nails but the Polish was just too pretty to remove yet. Sadly it has chipped so I will have to take it off once I get the chance. Here is my nails to date.
My right hand seems to be growing faster than my left and a little funky shaped but thats nothing I can't fix them and train them with a little filing. In 1 short month my right hand has doubled in size and my left looks respectable again. After the bad breaks I caught myself just staring at them and saying why do you have to be so ugly.
I love my Jojoba Oil and I will be keeping up the treatment on my nails. I am considering trying it on my face next.
You can use Jojoba Oil on:
- Face
- Body
- Hands and feet
- Dry Scalp
- Dry hair
- chapped lips
- Cuticles
