  1. My favorite type of workout is the elliptical because it's the easiest for me to do without quitting. I normally don't keep track of my heart rate only because the sensors on the handles of my machine don't work.

  4. I have two favorite workouts - Yoga and the elliptical (backwards). Actually, I usually keep track of my heart rate more when I am at rest than when I am working out as my goal is to make certain that stays healthy and low.
