I am loving this color! I prefer it over a white base as it will make this color stretch!
Here is some information from their site:
Fairy Particular is a shimmery white base with Blue Hex Glitter, Matte Blue Square Glitter, Large White Hex and Neon Pink Hex Glitters.
The application was easy but I recommend sitting this upside down for about 5 mins before using to help dispense the glitter evenly. I love the square glitter in this polish and the swatch above was 3 coats on its own and 2 coats over white. The dry time was quick and I didn't have issues with smudging.
