Krill Oil supplement

Krill Oil

This is a sponsored post but nonetheless I would not recommend something I didn't believe would benefit my readers.

I recently learned of a supplement called krill oil. What is a krill you ask? It's a shrimp like creature that whales and other aquatic creatures tend to eat. Interesting fact is in Norwegian, the word "krill" means "whale food."

Krill Oil is used to treat many things including menstrual cramps. I know in the last few years I have had some painful periods, and I know that for many women that is the norm.. I believe this could be beneficial to you my readers in helping find a natural relief without all the chemicals that is in Tylenol and aspirin. The natural remedies are coming back into popularity and people like knowing where the substances they are putting in their bodies ( and their families) come from.

Many have been using fish oil to provide animal-based omega-3 fats (the good fat) but studies have shown that Krill oil is highly superior to fish oil.

What does it do that Fish oil doesn't??

•promotes lipid metabolism
•Helps regulate the mitochondrial respiratory chain.
•Decreases cholesterol synthesis (instead of raising it.)

There is much online to be found about Krill Oil and its wonderful benefits. I wanted to share with you what I have learned so that you may be exposed to a new Natural supplement that may make your life better.
