  The old man works at Cheddar's and he had been having issues with keeping his feet dry. He had tried several pairs of shoes including a pair a Dr. Martens. He kept telling me how he wished for his feet to just be dry.

 A couple of months ago, my family (well my husband) was blessed with a pair of Lugz footwear for a review. The company sent me a pair of canvas shoes to try and test for the upcoming father's day, now we live in Texas and summer here is really really hot, so most guys wear flip-flops, sandals or canvas shoes. the synthetic leather or  leather shoes are uncomfortable to wear during spring and summer. The heat here offers no truce, but we are lucky enough to live a couple of miles away from lake Arlington, which in summer is the place to go for most families.

Usually my husband would wear his synthetic leather sneakers, he hates flip-flops and sandals, most of the canvas shoes we can buy are designed for teenagers they come  in neon or metallic colors, which are not really age appropriate for a father of 3 and over 30 years old. My husband was quite pleased with the Gypsum Loo Ripstop in black from Lugz, The shoes look great with cargo pants, shorts, bermudas , khakis or plain jeans. The design is sleek but casual and can easily work for an adult or a teenager.

Thanks to my husbands music preference I find myself  liking and listening to country more often than before. I'm married to a Texan and my honey loves his state, food and music, yes we live in Texas, if you live here you know we only have 2 seasons winter and summer, nothing in between, it's hot hot or really cold, yet starting in March (April this year), women in Texas without an age limit wear flip flops, yes we do and we love it, they are like walking on clouds: soft, comfy and fresh.

Konvine Foldable flats review.

I recently got the chance to review these wonderful shoes from Konvine. I have a big foot and its very hard for me to find shoes so before I had these the only options I had to wear was my 4 1/2 in heel demonia's or sneakers. I had been looking for a good pair of flats to wear with my dressier clothes, thats when I found Konvine.

 I received these in the extra large size (13-14) and my very wide foot fit perfectly into the shoe, and even better no toe cleavage!!!! Now I know toe cleavage is seen as a good thing by some I.E. per Wikipedia

Shoe shopping.

I hate doing it. I wore shoes that hurt my feet because I'd worn them out because I didn't want to go through this again. It go to the point on vacation where it hurt to walk at all so my old man made me get rid if those shoes. I went to a shoe carnival with no shoes on and went through all the women's and found nothing that I could wear. So I sucked it up and went to the men's.
