Beetlejuice 2 is a movie I thought we might never see, but it brings back the same zany energy and dark humor of the original. The film features a lot of fan favorites, from Keaton to Winona Ryder. Lydia has made a living from her ability to see ghosts, now with a TV show that has made her famous. Events unfold that bring her daughter and herself back to the old house. With the Maitlands long gone, Lydia knows that when things start to go awry, there can only be one source left in the home.

The performances in Beetlejuice 2 are one of its strongest points. Keaton’s return as the titular character is as wild and unpredictable as ever, delivering a performance that perfectly balances chaos and charm. Winona Ryder brings depth to Lydia's character, reflecting the emotional growth she’s gone through since the first film while still holding on to the dark, eccentric vibe that made her so iconic. New cast members, including Jenna Ortega, add fresh energy to the story, though the film at times feels like it’s trying to juggle too many characters and subplots at once.

The movie struggles with pacing and some predictability. We meet some new characters who could have had great storylines but ultimately fall short in the end, Beetlejuice's ex-wife being one of them. I had high hopes for what she might do. While I don’t think the movie is terrible, I don’t believe it will ever be as loved as the original.

Beetlejuice lip trend. My take With and without denture.

I wanted to try this trend that I’ve been seeing all over the Internet. And I decided to try to do it in a way that not everyone can do with and without my denture. I don’t think it made much difference overall and it’s probably because my top lip is pretty much nonexistent so it doesn’t really show up anyway, and my dentures are top. Also, I have this thing where when I’m not paying attention I pick at my lips if they are even slightly dry I pull the skin off and I do it without thinking sometimes even in my sleep. Because of that, I don’t think I have normal lip texture, so that could be why I didn’t feel like I got the most out of this. But I think it was fun to try. off to see Beetlejuice this weekend I can’t wait for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.
