Todays artsy is a technique I had seen on facebook of double layer stamping.

I began with wet n wild whipped topping and stamped with a green polish to make vines (not sure on the green.) Then once that was dried I stamped with _____ using flowers to complete the look. I topped the look with HK girl topcoat.

I put too much pressure on my pinky so it smooshed a bit but I still love the effect.
