Before reading this eBook, I had never read one of Diane Wing's books. Trips to the Edge is a set of four short stories. Each with their own unique mysterious plot.

A look into each story, taken from the listing on Amazon:

- Another Walk in the Park: A familiar walking path leads to a disturbing encounter in an unexpected realm.
- Dark Hollow Road: A grieving sister searches for her brother on a road notorious for missing persons.
- The Restaurant: An adventurous foodie couple are consumed by a life-changing meal when they explore the peculiar cuisine at a mysterious new restaurant.
- Wrong Directions: Jealousy prompts a technological genius to conjure a diabolical solution to deal with unfaithful husbands.

I should mention I normally am not a fan of short stories, they just aren't usually enough. You know just when the story is getting good its over.

I was pleasantly surprised by these four stories. Each one kept me interested and wanting more, but not disappointed at the end. Like I said in the beginning this was the first book from Diane Wing I had read, and will definitely not be the last.

Trips to the Edge: Tales of the Unexpected can be found here in paper back or eBook form.
