The flat cable used in construction of the FSL Aluminum Earphones is designed to be tangle-resistant, so you can skip untangling your headphones and get on with enjoying your music.

Let me first say the cord on these is flat and these are the first I have ever had like that. I have put these to the test and have been keeping them with me as a backup for in case the battery for my Bluetooth ones die I can slap these in and keep on going while at the gym and not have to walk in silence. I have tossed these into my bag many times but they just come right back out and untangle like magic. Just a quick shake and they are ready to go. They do block out background noise for me but I have the same issue with these as I do with many bud style headphones. Even with the smallest ear pieces they are too large for my ears and slowly slide out because my ear is pushing them out. I can only wear them for small amounts of time due to the pressure that they cause and the pain that i get mostly in my left ear. This isn't exactly the fault with the headphones. I have this issue with just about every corded ear buds I have ever tried. It is why I usually prefer an over the ear or at least one that has an ear clip that holds it in place.

The sounds on these is pretty good and I have used them many times while at work on break listening to my audio books or editing videos. If you like ear buds and looking for something that has some power behind it and at an affordable cost then this would be a great choice for you.
