When I first got the eyelash curler I was excited but also weary at the same time. I had never used a eyelash curler before and was afraid to put something so close to my eye. I immediately started reading the box to understand how it works. I learned right away that you use this before mascara not after which had been my assumption.
I love the packaging and really love the comic book fonts and image style.These are well made from metal with thick cute pink plastic handles. They have a clip between the handles to keep them closed to lessen the chance these could get damaged in your makeup bag. Inside the box is extra pads for you to use in the future when its time to replace the pad on your curler.
I always assumed (I really should stop assuming things huh?) when I was young that these were torturesque devices used despite the pain in the pursuit of beauty. Now that I have used them I know that it was simply the persons misuse that caused them to say ow as they pulled out their eyelashes or pinched the eyelid by mistake.
