Walking the pounds off with Ozeri 4x3motion Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer with Tri-Axis Technology. Review

A couple of weeks ago I came across the opportunity to review Ozeri's 4x3 motion Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer with Tri-Axis Technology. I guess even pregnant  you need to watch your weight. I've gained so much weight with pregnancy it's hard to move around, yet my doctor wants me to stop gaining and keeps telling me I should keep this weight and if it's possible to even drop some pounds, the worst part is that I seem to be tired all the time (3rd trimester) another recommendation was to start walking, walking will not only help me to control my weight, give me some extra energy but ease the pregnancy aches. I'm never sure of how long I walk or for how long so I was glad to review the Ozeri  Digital Pedometer.

I love walking but I'm not sure why I took a sabbatical pregnancy. This last 7/8 months all I have done is watch tv and eat KitKats or other chocolates, well I eat tons of fruits but  the chocolates and bacon were all I craved for. I've been using the pedometer for almost a week now and while it took me a while to get used to the idea I had to carry it with me all day everyday now it feel natural to carry my new little friend with me. The 3x4 motion can record the amount of k-cal you burn, the miles you walk and the number of steps with surprising accuracy, thanks to their great motion sensors.

The Ozeri's 3x4 motion also features a slip function which  can allow you to record individual data, for example to see the amount of k-cals  you burn by running a mile or walking one.  To start using your 3x4 Motion Pedometer you need to introduce your weight, stride and set your calendar, the pedometer is powered by a lithium battery which automatically turns off after 30 seconds of inactivity and a blue black light for night view This little gadget will be more useful once my baby is here and I can start really walking off  the baby weight. The Ozeri, 3x4 Motion Digital pocket comes in two different colors black or yellow and can be purchased on amazon.com

  2. I have been debating getting one of these. My sister and I have been walking a lot and it would be nice to keep track :)

  4. I definitely did NOT walk enough during my pregnancy. I was super sick from week one to week 42. My vegan diet has helped me get back to my pre-pregnancy weight because even though I wanted to work out, I fell and hurt my back right after she was born. I will start power walking soon and this is a great tool to track that!

  5. I have an app that I use for walking. I would love something like this. I know it would also help motivate me.

  6. I could so use one of those! My other monitor broke - and I wasn't in love with it anyway. This sound neat!
