Cosmetique Sistina review.

Cosmetique Sistina review.

I received the following products in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.

I recently got a chance to work with Cosmetique and they sent me a few things to review and to do a giveaway!

I received:
Café Colori Eyeshadows $18.00

Tuscan Sun Contour Wand $15.50

Duo-Tone Lip color $10.50

Café Colori Eyeshadows
Inspired by the beauty of Italy, five sophisticated neutral eyeshadows are featured in this beautiful, one-of-a-kind compact that is a true work of art.
.25 oz. (7.1 g)

$18.00

I love how this pallet looks, its like a work of art made in eye shadow! I did not find it difficult getting to any of the shadows as each was large enough that there was no problem using the brush that came with the shadow. Now if you like to use makeup brushes from a brush set them you will experience issues with those and would need to use the one that came with it (or one similar).

Sistina Pallet with flash

I tried the pallet with and without primer and numbered the colors so you can see which is which in the swatches.

Each color was swatched using one swipe. As you can see primer helped increase the appearance of the eye shadow. This shadow is easy to blend and smooth to touch and with these awesome neutrals would be good for day or night.

The compact itself is very well made and I don't fear this one breaking in my makeup bag as it is so sturdy!

Tuscan Sun Contour Wand
Capture the beauty of the sun setting over Tuscany as you contour, highlight and sculpt cheeks, eyes and lips with the warmth and luminosity of a natural tan. This neutral bronze shade is suitable for all skin tones – for a sheer, warm glow.
.28 oz (8 g)

$15.50

This is perfect for this time of year especially with everyone tanning and the warm summer air. The color looks much darker then it is directly from the stick. I remember when I first saw it I thought there is no way this is light enough for me but as with hair dye and (sometimes) nail polish the color you see isn't the color you get.

I love the shimmer that this has in it to help reflect the light in ways you choose. Its crazy what a little definition is able to do for you, but like many things it can make or break your look. This is very creamy and applies with a soft swipe with no pressure, and blends easily.

Duo-Tone Lip color
Poala Pink

Three lipsticks in one! Add glamour and shimmer with this Duo-Tone Lipcolor. Glamour … the intense, vibrant color makes a striking impact all day. Shimmer … frosted for evening shine. Or mix both anytime for a bold statement of color. Both a blend of Jojoba and Vitamin A to condition and smooth lips.
0.14 oz. (4g)

$10.50

I like that this lipstick allows for several uses: color, frosted, both.
This is smooth and conditioning which is a great trait to have in lipstick so that you don't have to also wear chapstick. It's also long wearing which means less stuff we have to carry in our bags!

This swatch is the frosted side

I have great news! They are allowing me to give away the items listed above! That's right, One lucky winner will receive all 3 items we reviewed! Be on the look out in the next few days for the giveaway to go live.

We give the Sistina line from Cosmetique 5/5 stars
